2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
4 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons lime juice
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until blended
2. Microwave on high for 1 minute (or until the mixture bubbles rapidly around the edge of the bowl)
3. Remove bowl from microwave and whisk 1 minute until mixture forms an emulsion.
4. Cover and chill for 1 hour before serving over your favorite salad greens.
Yields 1 1/4 cups.
