Hot Chocolate with Buttered Toast Sliced for DippingIngredients:
1 (8 qt) box Powdered Milk
1 (16 oz) Chocolate Powdered Milk
1 (11 oz) Powdered Coffee Creamer
3/4 cup Powdered sugar
Pinch of Salt

Directions:
1. Mix contents together
2. Store is a dry, air tight container.
3. Use 1/3 cup of mix to 1 cup of very hot water

Lea VaughnThis recipe was given to me by a friend, and co-worker, Sherrie Sanford, when we were working in Fishers, Indiana. We frequently had pitch-in lunches, and this was one of those cold-winter-day favorites. Mid-west winters can be brutal, and this mix would deliver a warm sweet drink to offset the weather. We also kept a quart jar of the mix in the guest coffee area at our bed and breakfast so guests could enjoy a cup by one of the fireplaces any time they wanted.
