Egg & Cheese Casserole

20 Large eggs
3 1/3 cups milk
5 cups biscuit mix
1 1/2 lb. sausage (cooked and crumbled)
6 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

40 Large eggs
6 2/3 cups milk
10 cups biscuit mix
3 lb. sausage (cooked and crumbled)
13 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

Ingredients:
60 Large eggs
10 cups milk
15 cups biscuit mix
5 lb. sausage (cooked and crumbled)
20 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cook the sausage, set aside until cool, then crumble
3. In a large bowl, break eggs and add milk. Blend well.
4. Add remaining ingredients, mix and pour into a greased pan.
5. Bake about 40 minutes (or until eggs are set).
