Ingredients:
2 (ten ounce) packages frozen corn, thawed
1 cup cream
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons flour

Directions:
1. Combine corn, cream, salt, sugar and pepper in skillet over medium heat.
2. Whisk together flour and milk and stir into corn mixture.
3. Cook stirring over medium heat until mixture is thickened and corn is cooked.

This corn is so delicious with barbecue ribs or brisket!  Most of Texas’s best barbecue restaurants serve this style corn with coleslaw, potato salad and baked beans.  Add a few slices of bread, pickles, onions, and hot sauce; and you have a feast!  Don’t forget to grab a bundle of napkins, because you’re going to need them!
