Ingredients:
1 pound fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 orange
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
Directions:
Grind cranberries in food processer until coarsely ground. Pour into bowl and add the sugar, stirring well. Meanwhile, zest the peel of the orange and add 1 teaspoon of the zest to cranberry mixture. Supreme the orange, letting the juice run into the bowl. Chop the orange sections and add. Stir in the marshmallows and nuts. Chill until ready to serve. May be made the day before, which is always nice.
Larry’s mother, Marjorie, always makes this for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is so delicious with turkey. I always enjoy it mostly with the turkey sandwiches the day after the holiday!

Glad you liked it, and thank you for the compliment. Gene Vaughn liked this recipe too, and also the Ocean Spray Cranberry Jelly. He also liked my homemade pickles made in a gallon jar and kept in the refrigerator.
