Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) box fettuccini noodles
½ green pepper, diced
1/3 cucumber, diced
1 (16 ounce) bottle Wishbone Italian Dressing
½ bottle McCormick’s Salad Supreme Seasoning

Directions:
Cook fettuccini according to package directions.  Cool.  Finely dice the pepper and cucumber.  Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and refrigerate.

Cook’s Note: I sometimes add finely chopped celery, red or orange bell pepper and/or black olives.

This recipe I got from my good friend, Lou Pierce.  Years ago Larry and I would go camping in Indiana with Lou and her husband, Bob.  We had a good time, fishing, boating, eating lots of great food and telling tales around the camp fire at night.  Lou would often bring this easy, but delicious, dish.  It’s great for picnics, too.
