
Ingredients:
4 thick-cut boneless pork loin chops, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp ground coriander
2 tbsp cracked black pepper
1 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp unsulfured molasses
3 tbsp Worchester sauce
1/3 cup Port wine
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in plastic container and marinate pork in mixture 30 minutes or more on each side. Grill over medium-hot heat for 12-15 minutes, turning once.
