
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoons nutmeg
½ teaspoon salt
2 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter
¾ cup nuts
¾ cup raisins
Directions:
Beat eggs until thick and fluffy. Add sugar, spices, lemon juice, and melted butter.
Blend well. Fold in nuts and raisins. Pour into 9-inch pie shell.
Add lattice top and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
