
Ingredients:
2 eggs
½ cup flour
½ cup white sugar
½ cup brown sugar
¾ cup (1 ½ sticks) butter, softened or melted & cooled to room temperature
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1 cup chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 – 9 inch graham or pastry crust
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a bowl beat eggs until foamy, add flour and sugars until blended, stir in butter, add walnuts, chocolate chips, and vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.

This is a very rich pie; it’s so delicious, especially with a strong cup of coffee! When I worked at Irwin Mortgage, Mary Manchester used to make this for our many pitch-ins in the Cash Management area.
